Yeah yeah, I complain about my job just like everybody else.
With that being said, there are many times that I could complain but I realize how lucky I am to have the position I do, so I just shut my mouth and work hard. I realize my value and what I bring to the table. I recently saw someone complaining about their job and that someone else had gotten a raise of her. This is one of those situations where the truth hurts; you have to ask yourself the cold, hard, raw question of, "what is my value to this company?" Could someone else do my job just as good as me? Before you open your mouth to complain next time, stop and ask yourself these questions.
